Off-Ice Training

Register here

Our Off-Ice training is a big part of helping skaters improve faster and stay safe. Figure skating is a tough sport that asks a lot from athletes.

That’s why we offer off-ice sessions focused on building strong jump technique, including proper take-off, air position, and landings, along with exercises to improve explosiveness and the quick snap into backspin.

We also include warm-ups in every class, which are recommended by Skate Canada and many other sport organizations. Skaters learn how to warm up properly—both generally and specifically for skating—which helps them use their ice time better and lowers their risk of injury.

Overall, it’s about building good habits, learning proper technique, and having fun while training smarter.
