PAYMENT POLICY

Skate Indian Head requires full payment of registration fees before a skater is officially registered and permitted on the ice. Our registration system does not process payments directly; all fees must be submitted via e-transfer to skateindianhead@hotmail.com. The payment deadline is October 17, 2025.

If a family is receiving financial support through a program such as KidSport or another third-party funding source, please notify the club at the time of registration and provide documentation confirming the application or approval. While we understand that these payments may take time to process, it is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to ensure that the funds are forwarded to Skate Indian Head in a timely manner. Skaters will not be allowed on the ice until payment is received or a formal arrangement has been made.
